What would feel to be in control of your symtpoms?
I can empower you to know how to recognise your triggers, how to avoid them, and how to cope if they symptoms occur
The answer to that last question is that life doesn't have to be like this.
Fifteen years on from my IBS diagnosis, I am symptom free. I don't worry that my waistband might become too tight mid-afternoon. I don't look up where the loos are in advance. I can eat anywhere.
It's a case of understanding what IBS is, what triggers it, and what I can do to avoid those triggers, and to support my digestive system to make it less vulnerable.
You don't have to be this person in the picture. I will teach you how to identify and monitor your symptoms, and tried and tested effective tips to reduce the impact of IBS on your life.
Can't make the live session? A recording will be available for you to listen to in your own time.
You don't need to take notes, I'll remind you of the key takeaways.
Tracking your symptoms is the first step to managing them. If you start before the webinar, you have the opportunity to ask me your questions on this.
"I attended Julie’s Mindful Eating masterclass which was full of useful information and insights regarding eating habits, what works and what doesn’t, I immediately started making changes. Julie is warm and engaging and explains things so well. Highly recommended."
