Work with me in a small group of like-minded people to optimise your health and wellness, who want to put themselves in the best possible place to focus their energy on what is important in their lives.

We work through the information you have provided on your personal health questionnaire to identify key areas work on to reach your unique health and wellnes goals.
There will be 6 live sessions lasting around 30-45 minutes explaining what the focus of the week is, and giving you your task for the week. That is something I would like you do or change over the course of the coming week.
I will be in the chat group to answer questions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (but I usually drop in other days as well!)
My aim is to provide you with tips and recommendations that fit into your lifestyle, and to enable you to find a way to make them work.
These can be adapted for all the family. I don't want to cook different meals for different people, and I assume that you don't either.
You are not in this alone! Being part of group provides an extra layer of support and accountability. It's up to you how much you participate, but I encourage all participants to use the group to ask any questions that you have.

All group live sessions will be recorded and the recordings made available to all participants.
You can take the time you need to complete the programme. The materials will be available to you for 12 months from 1st November 2024.
So that I can break habits right from the beginning! Who hasn't started something on a Monday, and not followed through until the end of the week? By doing the live sessions on Fridays, most people will have a weekend to get used to any changes recommended, which tends to be easier than juggling new things with a busy working week.
